Why is it Important to Be Physically Fit? People who are physically fit are also healthier, are able to maintain their most optimum weight, and are also not prone to cardiac and other health problems. In order to maintain a relaxed state of mind, a person should be physically active. A person who is fit both physically and mentally is strong enough to face the ups and downs of life, and is not affected by drastic changes if they take place. How Can You Become More Physically Fit? Becoming physically fit requires a change in life style as well. You will have to incorporate a regular exercise routine in your life and also eat healthier. By avoiding junk foods, fizzy drinks, bad habits like smoking and alcohol and by getting adequate amount of rest, you will be able to become physically and mentally fit. Just by eliminating all these food substances from your life, no matter how temporarily, you will allow your body to detox and become stronger. Make sure that you spend more time outdoors in the sun, and fresh air and take part in more healthy activities.   1. I agree with this article and I think what it says is very important because sometimes we do not give enough importance to physical fitness. And it can also prevent a lot of diseases like heart problems. I have found very curious that physical fitness is not only the body it is also something psychological. In relation for how we can be more physically fit, I found it very logical and simple but sometimes that is the most difficult. It all comes down to having a good diet, avoiding junk foods, fizzy drinks, bad habits like smoking and alcohol and practice exercise.

  3. I agree with you mostly because it is important for health, there are many people who do not realize. And to stay in shape and have a healthy life have that striving and patience. It also helps to increase muscle mass and improve posture. Increases the confidence in the image body. And must inquire the foods and exercises because each person has a different metabolism. The bad thing is that the people has less time to be cooking healthy and practicing some sport, but they cook fast foods or they choose to go to sites of junk foods.

  4. In my opinion, this article adapts to reality. Because clearly to deal with the problems of life you have to be mentally and physically prepared. You don't need to exercise like you're getting ready for a marathon, you just need to do some exercise like walk a half hour or run a few minutes. A healthy eat is important too, you have to eat healthy but you need to eat as much as you need. Be physically fit helps too to make yourself more sociable because you normally do exercise with other people and you could find people with your same hobbies.
