I like this video because it explains very well the warm-up that I have exposed that it is about athletics and talks about all the bases to make this exercise more interesting and adapted to practice it. I think it's a good warm-up because running is practiced in all kinds of sports to warm up and since this is athletics, the main passes are running and doing exercises warming up the whole body. First, all the extremities are heated and then 4 minutes of minimum intensity at maximun intensity is run, and to finish what they are practiced are different excersices related to this heating.
