First, in a football training you have to warm your legs and arms by making circles. Then, we try to touch the botton with our ankles. Then, we do the same, but in this case, making forward and backward movements. Now, we have to raise our knees as if we wanted to touch them with our shoulders. Now we do zigzag jumps. Now we do circles again with the shoulders. Now we run backwards and forwards. Now we make circles with our legs. Now we stretch our muscles. Then we do jumps and we stay on one leg. Now in pairs we grab our shoulders and put our legs up. Now we do lateral jumps but hold hands. Now we jump on one leg and our partner pushes us to make us fall. Then we stretch our muscles and then we do jumps. Then we do different exercises like doing pushing ups. Finally, we do exercises with the ball.
I liked the video because it shows how a good football warm-up is done since it meets all the guidelines of a good warm-up. On the other hand I did not like it because it does not explain how each exercise is done and I think it would be interesting to know what it is about, the video with sound would also be better. For everything else I think it's a good choice given that you can take ideas that serve to warm up with another sport that is not football. In my opinion I think it would be better a shorter video for example that lasts between 3-4 minutes.
I like this video because it first does the classic warm-up, heating the cardiovascular apparatus and other parts of the body. Then he does coordination exercises. In addition each exercise is raising the intensity.
I like this video because ir shows very well how to heat at doing football, explains very well how to heat the specific part of football like ankles, knees, all the legs in general, it do different heats than the traditional, for example, running from one side to the other looking to the opposites sides or trying to one person falls to the ground with one leg , this is very good to practice at not fall to the ground in a match, at a decision moment. And in other moment it shows how to spend lot of time without stopping by go a bit from a bit, in resume, is a good video to show us to heat at football.I like it so much.
