Football warm up

  1. This video is a train of the Tottenham team and they start moving their joins and stretching their muscles doing some specific movements for each part.
    First they start moving their neck's, Then they movo the arms foward and backward, also up and down, later they start moving thir trunk and finally they move their knees and ankles. After that they start passing the ball and do some games, to finish the trinning lesson they play a sort match.

    I think is a good way of training because you have a good time and have a lot of fun.
