The video is about six easy tips to practice volleyball at home, you don't need anything related to volleyball such as the net or the court, but if you need the ball and for some exercise you need another person who can throw the ball to you, as in the to defend with the wall or others. The first exercise is to learn to control the ball, you just have to hit it in the different ways that there are in volleyball. The second exercise is the same as the first, except that it passes next to the wall. In the third exercise you need a person to help you, the person has to stand behind you and throw the ball over your head, it has to bounce off the wall and you have to stop it in the correct arm position in volleyball. In the fourth exercise you also need a person to help you, you have to be in front of each other, they pass the ball to you and you have to pass it back with the correct position of the arms in volleyball. The fifth exercise is to practice speed without the ball, you can practice it online but always in the correct position. And finally, the sixth exercise is to practice serving, it explains how you have to do it, you can do it on a wall too.
