Hi my name is Isabel, and I liked how the video was for people who aren't super flexible, and he explains very well what to do and what the exercise is stretching. He also says that you should not stretch to the point where it is uncomfortable, which I think is a very important point. I also think that if you were a bit more advanced it would be relatively easy to increase the difficulty with these exercises. The addition of the timer is good too so you can follow along as you do the exercises. The only criticism I have would be that he explains the exercise during the time so you might have to pause it to get the full time. Overall I think it is a very informative and helpful video.
