I have chosen to comment on this video because I find this video about handball very interesting, I really like this sport because it is futsal but with the hands and everything that has to do with sports I like it a lot, I have also chosen it because I don't know how to throw a handball shot very well and thanks to these exercises I have been able to learn the throwing technique. It is a quite interesting video since the boy seems to be good and explains it very well.
