Does Stretching/Warming Up Actually Help?

  1. I have choosen this video because I think it is very interesting for avoid injuries and make a good warm up. I didn’t know that depending the sport you are doing you need more or less flexibility and in some sports is worse to has a lot because your muscles have less strength. For this reason you have to adapt the warm up to the sport. Also the best thing to avoid injuries is has a moderate flexibility. I hope you had enjoy the video and had learn a lot of things about the correct way for avoid injuries doing a correct warm up.

  2. I really like your video ,it gives a information that few nows and it's important because the warm up has to be beneficial to us not harmful. I also like because I think using drawings is a good idea to explain the information and it doesn't make bored. It's also easy to understand because it doesn't use a really difficult vocabulary. The think that I really like about the video is that is so different to another using the drawing and this really good information. Other think I like is that the main information is represented on the video with crosses or other type of symbols. Good choice Pablo.
