First, when the player throws the ball and the attacker catch it they explain you how to make a Zero Contact Step. Then they expalin what to do with the arm and they said that you have to move arm in unpright position to be able to throw at any time. Then you have impress the defendr and do a threaten, and the throw to the goalkeaper. I hope that you can use the video for learn. Bye bye
