I have chosen this video because I find it very interesting to know that you can do a warm-up without the need to stretch your muscles, I did not know that could stretch the muscles with a facelift that is focused on the brain, it is very interesting that nerves glides are designed to move the nerve that activate the muscle that you're trying to work reducing it tension, improving its range of motion, which is going to improve the performance of your next run, the explains the tibial nerve glide, the femoral nerve glide, which simultaneously encompasses To many other parts of the body to at the time of running be perfectly prepared and active.

  2. I think the video of Lucas is very interesting because it talks about warm-up without stretching.
    On this topic I didn´t understand much,and this video has helped me to understand all the information about warm-up without strtching.

  3. Yes Mario, I agree with you, this video is very interesting and efficient to do a good wake-up without stretch your muscles. This video can help other people on warm-up, although I dont undersand what are the nerves glides,I agree with you that it's very interesting.
    I do not understand much about warming up, but you and your video have helped me to understand it much better.
    Also, I dont know if this warm-up is totally efficience, but when I have to warm-up, I will use your video to try if it id efficience or if is not.
