How to improve your legs flexibility and relax your back.

  1. Hi, my name is Ana and I'm a student of 4ASS. I posted this video because I think it explains really well some exercise which may help us to improve our flexibility in our legs, and it also shows some exercises to help our back's health. It's really important to know how to do the flexibility exercises, and to do them in a good way, because if you don't do it like that you can injure yourself and make pain in some muscles of your body. It's really recommendable for everyone to do relaxing exercises for our back, because we pass a lot of time sitting in a chair and maybe we do it bad, so this and other bad habbits we have can make pain in our back, and maybe in a future we realize. I hope you like it!
