  1. I really like your video ,it gives a information that few nows and it's important because the warm up has to be beneficial to us not harmful. I also like because shows how to warm up all our body in a short period of time and this is so good and use different techniques. I also like it because with this exercise we are warming up our body to all type of physical activity. And you can put the video in your mobile and if you do a sport you can see or you can see a lot of times the video and memorize all the exercises and put in practise. This is a good job well done Hugo. I like your video.

I really like your video Hugo, I find it interesting the need the heat after doing a good exercise, now that I have seen the video I find very important warming after exercising, not only heat and prevent injuries if you do not You keep exercising while doing it, it's great!, this video teaches us warm-up exercises that not only is for a part of the body but several at a time, the truth is that it is very interesting, also helps to release tensions and reassure, in these Exercises you can notice your heart rate, for this you need to do it between eight or ten minutes a day.

  3. I have choosen this video because I think it is one of the best I have ever seen. It shows how to warm up all our body in a short period of time using not to difficult exercises that all people can do.
     To do this it uses different techniques like start doing one type of exercise but with less intensity or doing it easier like press up's with legs. Or connecting several movements of different part's of our body making shorter the warm up. I also like it because with this exercise we are warming up our body to all type of physical activity.

  4. think this video is very helpful to know differnt things about your body. It shows how to warm up all our body in a short period of also is not to difficult so everybody can do it.
    Now,after seen the video I think that warm up after doing some sport is very important. I also like it because with this exercise we are warming up our body to all type of physical activity. If you do a sport you can see a lot of times the video and memorize all the exercises and practise them.
