  1. Hello! I’m Irati from 4o B ESO and this is the video I have choosen.
It consists on the PNF stretching method:
-stretching to your limit for 15’’
    -isometric contraction for 5’’
-stretching again to your limit for another 15’’
    -isometric contraction again for 5’’
-and stretching again to your limit for 15’’
This stretch is going to improve your flexibility a bit, or keep it.
But there are also more stretching methods, like the Bob Anderson one, or the Solveborn method.
    This is all, bye bye!!

  2. Hello, I'm Maria Torices, from the same class of my classmate Irati. I decide to coment in this video, because I have saw it and I like a lot. With this video we can learn how to stretch our legs, arms... fot 15 seconds with our limit, and how to contract our muscles for 5 seconds. Also we can use this physical methods when we stretch in our physical classes doing the warm-up. This is all of my comment, bye bye

  3. Hi! I’m Mónica Aparicio and I will comment this video from my mate Irati. The reason why I’ve chosen this video is because in Physical Education lesson we have been practicing different exercises related to flexibility in order to improve it. I like this video because it shows exercises that are quite easy to do it because in other videos exercises aren’t available for us, they’re for gymnastics or athletes. Also because it trains with the PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) which we also train in PE. It consists of stretch your muscle for 15 seconds, isometric contraction for 5 seconds and repeat this exercise twice. I hope you enjoy my comment. Bye, bye!!

  4. Hello I´m Inés and I want to comment the video of Irati because I like much.
The boy of the video explains us haw to improve the flexibility very easy, in the video sow as that we must strength for example the legs 15 seconds and then do an isometric contraction for more or less 5 seconds. He made the same with other parts of his body such as the arms. These is the same that we do in P.E lessons, first strength and later make an isometric contraction.
These is my comment of these video, I hope you understand.
    Bye, bye.
