Hello to everybody, I´m Ángel from 4ª B E.S.O and I´m going to coment this video of Álvaro. I decided comment in this video because I think that us teaches some circuits of resistance of handball. In them we can see tha also work specifically the arms and the legs, but also is works the area of the back. As we can see those who perform such exercises are very prepared people physically and mentally, so control well breath to prevent choking or breathing attacks, by what think that is necessary to be well prepared to avoid problems and if see that us found badly stop of run.
