Flexibility exercises for beginners!

  1. Hi there! How’s it going?
    I’m Javier Robles, from 4th year of Secondary School.
    As we already know, during this first Physical Education Assessment, we were practicing different flexibility exercises, as well as handball.
    I’ve decided to talk about this flexibility exercises video because I believe it is quite useful for beginners. It hasn’t too much relation with what we have been training in class, considering that our exercises were a little bit more complex and arduous. However, I’m absolutely convinced that is never too late to ‘refresh’ our minds and remember the basic steps earlier than practicing harder flexibility movements.
    We need to keep in mind that this kind of movements can be so useful for anyone who suffer back pain too. And that’s not all. For instance, we are able to put in practice all these exercises before taking a flexibility test, as we did last week.
    We should take this training as much relaxing as possible; I mean, the key to success is perseverance and dedication, but if we try not to do our best the first time, but doing the movements step-by-step, our results will be probably more satisfying.
