  1. Sorry but I can't put embed code,so I copy de URL. The vídeo that I have choose it's about flexibility routine. It explains some exercises to do before start twin any sports and the end, when you finish that sport. Some of the exercises we did in class with different stretching methods, the Bob Anderson Stretching Method, Solveborn Stretching Method and finally PNF. This methods are good to improve your flexibility. As you get older, your flexibility decreases and only you can mantain but never improve it. I recomend you to see this video to learn how to strech all your muscles. I hope you like it and understand, bye!!!
