Hello, I'm Marta, a 4th year ESO student, I really liked this video, because it explains the exercises very well, that is, as if we were in a physical education class, it explains very well the steps we have to take, as for example, to serve, to finish off, to pass the ball to other teammates, etc. I think that anyone who watches this video could learn to play volleyball, because he writes it very well, I also think that he is a person who knows how to play very well, because he knows what to do at all times.
Hi Marta, I have watched the video that you have choose and as you say it explains well the different movements of volleyball and the steps that you have to follow to do them correctly. He also explains what to do in different cases, and how to be an efficient teammate. This video consists in 15 exercises that you can do at your physical education classes, the fists exercises are with no ball, there are just to know what you must do with your feet, then there are easy exercises to become familiar with the ball. In my opinion this is a very good video to improve your technique at volleyball.
This video is about volleyball exercises, the video lasts eleven minutes in which it shows you how to perform the fifteen different types of volleyball exercises to perform in physical education classes for both students and teachers. The boy does not explain the exercises but puts some subtitles while he is doing them. They are exercises to get the technique so that later it is easier when playing. There is also some exercise like a little balance. At the end of the video the boy remembers to stretch to prevent injuries
In this video we can see that they are exercises that we can do in physical education, in the first place one does warm-up exercises without the ball, they are displacement exercises, the boy teaches us how to do them. later he does some warm-up exercises but the difference is that now he does them with the ball. later he teaches us how we have to throw the ball correctly. To finish, the boy does some exercises on the floor. I liked the video that my partner chose a lot, it is also very well explained and it is not long. although I think I could explain the video by talking and not just putting the written exercises
