In this video are explained the 3 ways to improve the resistance ordered from highest to lowest risk, I liked because that way a person who is not used to do sport or has an injury knows the most recommended exercises for her or him. I didn't like the fact that he is the only one talking and there isn't other images shown, but since it doesn't last long, it doesn't get very boring.

First of all I chose it because from my point of view the guy explains it very well, he explains every concept he says and I think that's important because that way you are able to understand everything correctly. He talks about three different ways in which we can build endurance and he orders them from least risky to most risky. I liked that he differentiated the least risky and the most risky ones because that way you can choose the way that best fits you.
Hi I am Paula Caballero and I have chosen this video of my friend Gadea because I think it is very useful and the guy explains it really well, so it is easy to follow the instructions and build up a routine for yourself to improve your endurance. I like it also because it seems like he had much experience on this area and recomend things that he founds useful. I didn´t like that he didn´t put any example or short video to show us how he was doing it, he is just talking and it is kind off boring
