He started saying that you must have a feet shoulder width, feet straggered, knees bent, shoulders foward and arms front and relaxed, he dominated this medium pose and show up the posture in practise. Later he start saying how have to been your hands posture with the fingers locked, thumbs parallel and elbows locked out and he say that before to throw the ball you should hit the ball with the sweet spot where is in the wrist. Then he say the move of your hand, move your arm from the knee to the sternum to have a good hit.
