In this video it is explained 3 different types of drills in a very precise way and with visual examples. I personally like the fact that he explained all the exercises briefly, so that we don’t feel bored. The only inconvenient that I found is that we need materials to do these exercises.
I extremely recommend doing these exercises if you own the necessary materials because this will improve your stamina and endurance.
