You can use it either if you are new to running or if you want to improve your overall endurance for a longer distance race, that's why I found the video very useful. I also like that it's short so it doesn't get boring.

  3. Hi, my name is Sara & this is my comment/explanation for this video:
    This video explains you how to keep up and run during longer than you used to do
    She explains first the walking lunges (3x3), with 2 mins. rest between everytime you repeat, making you walk stretching your legs enough to get your knees almost on the floor

    Next tip she gives is "keep moving", saying that you have to adjust your workout for yourself, setting a 20 mins. clock to do an activity like walking up stairs to change to simple running without stopping, that way you will adapt to activities that ask you for more effort

    3th tip is a 5x400 m. runs, with rests of 2.30 mins. for the first time, 2 mins. for the second, 1.30 mins. for the third and 1 min. for the last and fouth; were you need to push yourself enough to push yourself & needing to recover, meaning you need to check how to breath on that moments (inhaling & exaling by pushing your hands on your stomach & over your chest, deep breathing)

    Lastly she gives an explanation for a advance work out were you need to do for example a 100m. run but with 90seg. per round, then start advancing to 600m., 800m., 1000m., 1200m. (all of this keeping the 90seg. rest)
