  3. Hello, my name is Gadea and I am going to talk about the video my partner has shared. I liked this video because the explanations the boy gives are so good and accurate. Also because in this video he talks about two types of endurance, aerobic and anaerobic endurance. In aerobic endurance you work at low or medium intensity for a long period of time, in the other hand anaerobic endurance consist in working at a high intensity for a short period of time. I also enjoyed this video because the words in the screen have made it more dynamic.
