  1. I have chosen this video mainly because they are not very difficult exercises to do and they can be done by everyone who wants to improve their elasticity. Maybe it's a little long video but once you start doing it, the time goes by very quickly. What I liked the most about this video is that when doing the exercises he adds some images of how people could do it wrong and get injured but he also gives you another of the correct way to do it. I also noticed that she is very flexible and has added a possible solution if we can't reach as far as she does so that we don't force ourselves and get hurt. The more you practice, the more you will improve.
