    My name is Marta, I have chosen this post because I found it quite interesting, it is an exercise that after all you can do in your day to day life and it helps you to strengthen those parts of the body that do not create security for you, it is also good that each exercise you increase a little, or that each day or week you introduce some other exercise. Another thing that would be good is that every day that you finish in physical form, stretch and so for the next day you will not have scares.

  2. Hi, I'm Alba I have chosen this video because I find it a very interesting video and I can get a lot out of it since I can do it every day. I find it very interesting and productive content. Also, I have chosen this video because the girl seems to me that she does an excellent job and that she involves the exercises perfectly so that everyone can understand them.ç This video seems very well elaborated since you work all the parts of the body and it is very well explained how to do the exercises. I think that these exercises are very good to do because you strengthen some parts in which you have worked the least, such as the legs or the buttocks. In addition, this video teaches you to train all the parts of your body that sometimes you think or do not know how to train and in a video it explains how to do everything with respective times.
