Endurance health tips

  1. This video talks about the benefits of doing endurance exercises. It says that endurance exercises are good for both athletes and no athletes. It recommends doing endurance exercises 150 minutes per week, but athletes who practice endurance sport should doing the exercises more time.
    Also, it talks about how to start doing endurance training and about some risks of injury. The most common injury is overuse injury, but this problem is resolve with an adequate training plan.
    It surprises me that you can improve your endurance with activities as simple as walking, runing, biking or swimming and that you can have good results doing these activities only 150 minutes per week.
    I think that despite the risks of injury it’s a good idea to practice endurance exercises frequently.

  2. This video that I have chosen from this colleague is about how important it is to play sports during your life, this video teaches that you should not spend too much time doing sports because you can get injured,
    It is good to exercise every day even 30 minutes to improve your physical shape and there are many ways to do it. Some of the activities you can do are running, walking, taking a walk. You can also exercise at home.
    people who run as a profession have to do this type of exercise every day to improve their physical form every day

I have chosen this video because I have to admit that I am not very athletic and should do more exercise, because it is good for your health, it is what they want to convey to you in this video, we should all play sports even if we do not dedicate ourselves professionally to it. It also explains the consequences of not exercising.
    We always think that resistance is just running but there are many ways to work it.
