  1. Hi everyone, my name is Adriana and I decided to post this video on the blog because it shows really good how to improve your resistance in running for soccer in a way that everyone can do it. I like this video because it tells and teaches quite a lot of tips and exercises that help to increase the levels of stamina.
    Firstly the boy said that if you get tired really easy you can try to only run for 5 minutes every day, and every week you can add another 5 minutes, increasing your speed and length.
    He also said that if you want to run for long distances is better if you do laps around a football pitch because the soft surface reduces the possibilities of having injuries. If you want to get better results in a shorter period of time you should set goals for yourself and track your progress. And if you follow this tips correctly in months you’ll see results.
