Endurance training

  1. This video is about an endurance training, first he shows the exercise you have to do with different intensities, each one is explained and showed how to do it correctly and more effective. He does the same with the 3 next exercises, which are: burpees, mountain climbers and squat thrusts. He says to do each exercise for 15 seconds on and 10 seconds off with a repetition of all the exercise by 3. All the exercises are done correctly, and the video is really well set up, with different camera positions, good lighting and you can hear it well. He also writes the instructions so it´s easier to understand.

  2. Hello.I'm Sofía Moral, student of 4B. This video shows an endurance training to increase endurance. This video helps to go in any mudder track. The man explain that the two womens and him are going to do a series of fifteen seconds workout, ten seconds rest, three rounds. To do this exercises you can increase the velocity if you are advanced. The first exercise they do consists on jumping in different ways. There are three levels depending of your experience and level doing this: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The second exercise consist in put the hands on the floor face down and run on the sit, you have to keep your arms straight. The third and last exercise they propose consists in put the hands on the floor face down again, the legs have to do a push up position, the legs have to go from the side of the hands to the end jumping. After this training you are ready to run and increase endurance. I choose this video because I think is important training after and before a physical activity, in this case, endurance, and I see this video useful. I see also this video easy to understand. Bye
