TRX

The definition of TRX is "Total Body Resistance Exercise". This training is based on suspension exercises. It consists of an alactic resistance, they are short exercises, from 0 to 16 seconds. The most exercised parts of this workout are the lower back, abdominal and chest muscles. It has benefits such as relieving back pain and reducing low back pain. Within the TRX there are 10 types of exercises that can be performed.

  1. This series of exercises seems very good to me to add resistance and improve it. They help strengthen the muscles and force them. In addition, the results are very good physically. They give you a muscular and fit body. They help you heal various physical pains such as back or also, they help you reduce abdomen. At first the ropes amazed me a lot because I did not know how they were used, but when I saw the video, I already understood what it was like and that the efforts that the person had to make were very hard.

  2. This type of sport seems to me to be a sport in which endurance is something essential, since you have to have resistance at all times, since it is based on body weight. This type of sport is based on a few strings holding the full weight of the body both on the feet and hands, it seems to me that it is very good to do TRX since it serves you for everything, if you have an emergency with the car, or any kind of those things. Resistance is fundamental to anything since in any sport it is essential to have resistance.
