  1. Hello! I am Carolina and I have chosen this fitness video because I think they are very simple and easy exercises to carry out. I also chose this video because the exercises are short and only take 15 minutes to do them, these exercises can be done without equipment. The boy performs 5 core exercises and another 5 cardio exercises, 3 rounds each. He exercises the whole body, but especially the shoulders, abs and legs. I have noticed that every time he finished a round and he had a break, he did not sit or threw himself on the sofa, during this time he stretched the joints, since it is an important exercise to practice before and after in any kind of sport.
