    I choose to coment Marta's video because I think that it explains really well the cardio.
    The girl who it's doing it motivates you and also shows you how to do cardio properly.
    It also has music and a timer that shows you the time for each exercise.
    It really makes you take advantage of the 30 minutes you have.
    You don't have to do all of the so you can choose between a lot of them.
    The girl really hipes you app to do the exercises sp you can't say you weren't motivated enough to do cardio.

  2. Hello! I am Marta.
    I like this video because you can see how a girl does a few sit-ups, I also like it because the girl explains how to lift a weight or how to do other cardio exercises.
    They are 30 minutes of great intensity, also the girl so that time makes it very heavy she plays music that can help her a lot to motivate herself. Another thing that I find quite interesting and it is because of one of the things that I have taken this video for, it is how the girl starts to warm up, she has to move all the parts of the body.
