  2. The video compares a person who practice the speed racer with other person that practice long distances. He says that the resistance runners have less abdominal tension compared to the speed runners. They have to do a circular gesture and be upright, the action of the arms has to be coordinated with the legs, they have to be relaxed and without much frequency. They have to be very careful in what way they run, in which position they put their joints, so that there is no wear and tear. If they run on soft ground such as mud, the athlete has greater wear and tear, they must practice speed in order to use it in the final sprint.

  3. I really liked the video because it explains very well, how we can differentiate a sprinter from a long-distance runner.
For me, being a long-distance runner has to be much more complicated because you have to endure a constant rhythm for a long time without getting tired before reaching the finish line and hitting the final sprin. On the other hand, a short distance runner has to run very fast from the beginning and reach the finish line quickly; You don't have to suffer for so long either, because your goal is closer.
But the truth is that in either of the two modalities you have to be very prepared to be able to do it well and without hurting your muscles.

  4. In this video explains very weel the diferences between a person that do speed races and a person that do long distances running. The longer distances do more strenght at the time of stepping, and the other stay touching the floor the less time possible.
The arms must be coordinate whith the legs at the time of run,
We can watch that the tavel that make the foot is difference. The long distances runner have the arms more relaxed, but the speed runner it has them tense.
The 2 runners have similars ways od run, acording the speed you have to run obviously.
You must have care of don`t hurt your muscles at do any sport or fisical activity.
