Endurance Training

  1. I have chosen this video because it shows global training.
    Strength, endurance, speed and coordination exercises are combined with a 40-meter run. Five series were performed consisting of 8 stations with a 10 "x10" pause work time and the total work time is 30'40 ".
    They do running, weighted squats, they pass the ball to each other, they lift weights and they do push-ups.
    I think the most difficult exercise is the one in minute 4.07 because it is difficult to keep yourself in balance on a moving surface and bounce a ball at the same time without falling down the moving surface.

    First of all, thank you for putting this video, I think that the video you have could be very helpful in many aspects such as strength, speed, endurance and flexibilty exercises.
    The series of exercises has a fairly good balance for the body, since it works every part of the body; the arm, wrist, legs, back, abdomen ... etc.
    The truth is that the exercises in the video could be good to do in physical education classes since now we are giving classes in endurance, flexibility, strength and speed.
