  2. I think it is a very good video since it fully explains what endurance is, what types there are, how to work them and the organs involved in their development. From what is aerobic endurance and how to work with, for example, continuous running without pauses with a medium-low intensity to how to work anaerobic endurance and what it is and how they differ from each other. In short, it seems like a good video with which you can learn a lot.
