  1. I have chosen this video. I have seen three more videos, but this is the one I like the most and I think the one that best explains it. He explains how to get good endurance running. To start, he explains that it is the comfortable rhythm, that it is the rhythm that you can maintain during a complete session, without getting tired. A very simple trick that he explains is to try to talk to someone or repeat a text out loud, to find out if you could continue with this rhythm all the training. It also tells us that when we are tired, we should slow down, to a lower or almost fast pace, but it is not appropriate to stop. Another tip is not to try to go faster than you can as that will make you tired early. Today I will try to practice it out during my training. It seems to me that it has been a very easy video to understand and with some very useful tips which can help me a lot to improve my resistance running. I think that the most important to start in a sport, for example if you start doing trekking, you don’t have to star going to the Curavacas you are going to start going for example to Las Tuerces, because you have to start little to little, because you have to get resistance. O for example running you start with a rhythm lower, because if you start with a very high rhythm you are going to stop early. The endurance is very important for any sport, if the first thing you practice when you start a different deport. The last week I start in the swimming pool, and the first thing we are doing is getting resistance because our teacher explain us the very important function of the resistance.

  2. Improving your endurance is very important as it helps you in many exercises and sports. The work that my partner has done has helped me understand what I can do to improve it and the results it brings me. I'm surprised they recommend you find your rhythm. I thought they forced you to go at a certain pace. I was surprised by the technique of trying to say a text aloud to see if you are at the right rhytm. Although there are more types of resistance, running seems very important to me since you need to keep the rhythm very well to breathe well and not have pain while running.

  3. I really liked this video, because it represents very well what we are doing right now in the Physical Education subject at school, since it represents how to learn to have a good endurance, based on running at our pace, running slowly and fast.
In this video, I have learned new tricks on how to be more resistant when running for a long time, or running at high speeds without stopping.
Thanks to this video I have been able to implement all this information, at the time of run in the Physical Education hour. These have been all the reasons why I liked this video so much.

  4. I have chosen this video because in basketball is very important and it is really important to know how to train and improve it to get better results when you play a basketball match. In the video, it explains what is and how to know what your comfortable rhythm is, which is an intensity in which you do not get tired and you can keep it during all the throughout the training session or the run. Then, to improve your running speed you must increase your speed when you see you can keep your comfortable rhythm during an hour without getting tired.

  5. This video shows how to get more endurance when you are running.
She explains the meaning of comfortable pace, is the rhythm that you can run in the whole session or class without getting fatigue.
She explains that is very important to be aware of your comfortable pace in order to work at it in long term.
She explains that if you get tired you have to combine sections at a fast pace with sections at your comfortable pace and that to progress in long term it is important to run slower for longer time.
She says that you shouldn’t speed up the rythm beyond your comfortable pace.
