The first one begins by placing cones on the ground and then going at speed with both feet, the second the same but between each cone use both feet at speed until reaching the end, the third diagonally passing one foot to one side and then the other, the fourth is the same as the third but backwards, the fifth is horizontal and in each space with both feet, the sixth crossovers, the seventh the same as the sixth but backwards, the eighth carioca pass one foot above and the other below like this through the cones, the ninth go with one foot through the cones and the other outside and to finish turning backwards forwards and this has been my blog comment
