Learn how to do the forward and backward roll.

  1. In this video, we can learn how to do, correctly the forward roll and backward roll. To start doing the forward roll, you must squat and put your hands on the floor. You may never put your head down. You should use the neck to roll. You have to touch your chin and your chest. Then you have to exert force with your legs. For the backward roll, you have to sit. Then, you have to lie down and roll with the back and shoulders. To not hurt our necks, we must exert force with our arms. I think that doing the forward and backward roll can help me to improve my coordination.

  2. I think this is a great video because it can show you how to do something that is basic in gymnastics skills but its really good for kids or for people who doesnt know how to do it. It can also help me or my partners to do the forward roll better and practise it more, for my opinion its really easy, this are some steps i follow.
    Start finding a good place, go to a kneeling position, place you hands on the ground, tuck your chin to your chest, lean forward and initiate the roll then repeat it until you know how to fo it!
