Hi, I'm Hugo. I decided to comment on this post from my colleague since I was struck by the title. I like to see videos of this type in which people set themselves a challenge that basically consists of training to see how much they can achieve or how much they can improve. In this video, the man is trying to improve his time in 100m dash, he trained for 30 days and then compared his time with the one he had before starting the challenge. He improved 1 second, it may not seem much, but he only trained for 30 days and 1 second in speed is a jump that is very difficult to achieve.
This video is very interesting, I've chosed it beacause it show how difficult is to improve your speed, in a month of very hard training you can win a few decimes of seconds, and how much would you have to train if you want to get under 10 seconds like usain bolt, I think that speed is more relative to genetics than resistance, beacause a person with a good genetic starts very good and can reach times much more competitives than a person with a worse luck. For these reason I prefer long races, and they are also beutiful, mental resistance and the enviroment.
I have chosen to talk about this video because it is clear what I said in my video, that speed is the most difficult basic physical capacity to improve. This makes you wonder how much time runners have to practice to improve just a few hundredths of a second. This video shows that, because after thirty days practising just like professional runners, only to improve by half a second. I also like it because it shows you the exercises he does during the thirty days and analyses each test to check the mistakes he makes and explains them for us to understand it.
I have chosen this video to comment because in my personal opinion it is very important to train consistently and hard to get to the objective you want. In this video I like that the man is trained by a person that knows a lot about sprinting and that is very helpful. The fact that he divided his 30 days in 2 weeks of strength and power and the other 2 weeks of technique and speed is very good, because if you don’t build up your strength you are not going to have enough speed, and then if you have the right technique it is much more useful.
Hi I'm Claudia, and I chose Sergio's video because the guy in the video comes out proposing the same challenges in a certain period of time to improve his speed in 30 days. And although he did not improve it much with constancy he is improving, and his speed is gradually increasing and improving, I have also chosen him because he has been showing us all the exercises he has been doing in case we want to do them for example in our homes to be able to improve as the
