I think is very difficult to do this, and you have to get a lot of practice and time, also the coordination that they used in her bodys is spectacular, it think that it has been really, a lot of practice. I am very surprised because I don’t how a person can be so elastic, my favourite was the girl of EEUU that used a ball and i got surprised in how she can throw the ball up 3-4 meters and caught it with the legs.
Yo pienso que la gimnasia rítmica es un deporte muy espetacular porque es increíble la estética que se consigue con pelotas, aros, cintas...etc. Detrás de la exhibición tiene que haber mucho trabajo ya que tienen que estar totalmente sincronizados cada uno de los movimientos con la música. No podemos olvidar el sacrificio que supone para cualquier deportista el estar en forma y mantener tanta elasticidad.
