In the video we can see the steps that must be taken to do a good handstand, it also emphasizes warming up before doing any exercise because if you don’t warm up, the probability of injuring yourself is very high. I have chosen this video because I think that having balance and control in our body is fundamental and clearly the handstand is a great example of that body control.
