I have chosen this video because I love the representation that has different years, to see how gymnastics has evolved over time, you can see that much has changed the way of transmission, the place where it was done, the judges but what remains the same as ever is the precision they have to develop all those exercises, it's amazing the ability they had and today continue to have and advancing much more over time. You can also notice the changes that have taken the surfaces on which they do the exercises.
