I thought this video was very interesting because when you are trying to learn something or trying to be better at it, listening to people who have experience is very important and useful. I liked this video because the man that explains it. He says that it is very important to firstly workout the application of force at support, from when you are standing still to go to your maximum capacity, and that is very important because if you don’t start with a high impulse, you are not going no have the same speed as others. I also liked that he said it is important to do strength with weights because it is what is going to give you the capacity to go through the race.
