  1. Commented by Carlos Millán: This video is about how to bridge backwards and get back on your feet. In the first part we can observe a series of warm-ups that will help us improve elasticity and thus be able to do the exercise correctly. These warm-ups are based on rotation of the waist standing or with the knees on the floor with the arms stretched back and cobra stretch. Then, we can see how to start practicing the bridge with our knees resting on the ground to lose the fear. In the second time, the same thing is repeated but standing and with a column behind to be able to endure, so we get down and up without falling. They also teach us another step, which tries to, instead of a column, have a bench behind you to be able to grab and propel yourself on it and thus climb easily. And finally, we see how to do it, but this time without help.
