    The three is jump for the side changing both legs.

    The fourth is bounsin changing both legs.

    The five is reverse long knee with both legs.

    The six is tuck jump .

    The seven is higj knee.

    The eight is heel flicks is like run so fats.

    The nine is kneeling jump is jump from stay in the grown with the knees.

    The ten is calf jump.
