Hi, I'm Laura Gonzalez and I have chosen this video because I think this would be a good workout for your body an to burn calories, actually I tried this at home and in my opinion it is a good workout because it is not difficult, it does not need equipment, so if you do not have equipmet thast`s will be great. Also combine low intensity movements with high intensity movements in order to bring your heart rate up to the maximum and then bring it back down again.

  2. My name is Lucía González and I choose this video because I think it is good to do at home without using any equipment. It seems that it is not very difficult to follow the girl and it is good that she puts the time that each exercise lasts. After an intense exercise there is an easier one or a short break to make it easier. With this training you can exercise knees, legs, abs... without using a lot of time.
