In this video we watch different exercises of a incredible strength. You have to start doing push ups in bar, doing up and down. After you have to jump rope for a long time and at high speed. Then you have to do gym weights with one each hand, and finally you have to do gym weights but with one of more weight. I think this exercises can be very tool if you have a lot of strength but if you don´t have a lot of strength it is practically impossible to do it.
