Also because I found it very useful and complete, it is a full body training routine so you can exercise every part of your body. I think you should found a part in your day to do some exercises, it helps to lose weight on a healthy way. I hope this video helps or serves you to add a workout exercises to your routine.

Hi I am Gabriel and I am going to comment this video beacouse I also found usefull the videos of this girl,also I post a video of this girl, we can see that the girl does all type of exercises to train all her body, she doesn't need to take a break beacouse is very easy to do this type of exercise but it can be usefull, after 10 minutes it uses a mat to do other type of exercises but also using the mechanic previously used. She explains very good the exercises you have to do
