FITNESS: 20 min of full body workout

  1. This video is made so that a person who is new to the fitness world and wants to start practicing cardio related exercises, can do it in an easier and beginner way. This video is good because it goes little by little and you can progress little by little. This video has a duration of 31:16 minutes. I make this video and I ended up very tired, but
    I started to have a fondness for this. A very very very good sport. The truth is that I would recommend it because, as I said, it helped me a lot.

  2. Hello, my name is Daira Terán and I choose that video because this months in physical education we do diferent things the thays that we go to the sport centre and I look interested that video.
    In this video first start doing squats during 30seg.
    Then she does jumping jacks during 30seg.
    She does plank jumps, mountain climbers, squats again, and movements for the legs only.
    The she does movements from the arms like pushh ups, and things like that.
