I think this video shows well some basic exercises to train strength. Although the video is not focusing any part of your body, I think the video could be seen an introduction to strength and how to train it. Being that basic has its own advantages or disadvantages. As I said before, the video can help other people to start training strength, and the exercises are simple and easy to do. But I also think that, if you want to train a specifical part of your body or do things more complex, this video would be seen useless to you.
