  1. Hi I'm Elsa, and this is my video.
    This video is about a kind of fitness guided by specialists, who have a YouTube channel and have more videos. The video starts with a warm-up, ends with a stretch and from time to time there are breaks of thirty seconds. Each activity takes about 5 to 6 minutes and in that time they also explain how to perform the activities.
    The video lasts approximately 20 minutes. But there are others that last between 30 and 40 minutes.

I have decided to comment on Elsa's video because I liked that at the beginning of the video they do a warm-up because in the other videos that I have seen they do not warm up, I also liked that the exercises are not all safe but that it leaves you a bit of Time for you to relax a little and that is what I liked the most because that way you have time to recover and do the following exercises better. also the video is short so it can be done one day any day although if it is true that if I had to make this video I would like it to last a little longer. In conclusion, I liked this video a lot, especially because of the breaks it takes.

I have decided to comment on Elsa's video for the task blog, because I found this video quite interesting and good for maintaining a very intense exercise routine and at the same time it looks quite fun and energetic, so I think this video is very good for people who like zumba attempt and to maintain a good shape.
