I decided to choose this video to make, for various reasons, first of all I think it is very suitable when it comes to helping people who are at home these times and many are afraid or cannot go out, if they want to play sports, it comes to them well later to stretch the muscles, it also explains it very well and I would not say that it is for beginners but it explains it in such a way that we can all do it. The video is marked by several sections in the video bar, I also like this video a lot because a soccer player participates, it combines in the video exercise and then the main part in which it stretches the muscles that it has used.
Hello I'm Hugo Paredes and I have chosen this video because is a video that explains so hard exercises to do strenght and in 30 minutes you can do this and you can do this one time in a day and its okey and then you can repeat other days and you will have more and more resistance. I think that this exercises in the cuarentine are so good because people that like a lot the sports can do this exercises and they will not lose the resistance. And I think this video is for people that is in a good physical condition because is so hard.
